Association Management on Maui
Lysa Tracy R(B)-13782 is the President and Principal Broker of Community Association Services. She began her career in association management when she moved to Maui in 2007 from Portland, Oregon.
While not having worked in the industry before her move to Maui, her background in human resources and as a legal assistant in a variety of industries provided a great basis for the multiple skill sets needed to effectively manage homeowner and condo associations.
During her career in association management, she has obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, as well as the Association Management Specialist (AMS) accreditation in recognition of on-going education and experience in the field. Additionally, she has obtained her real estate broker license.
